Jean's Cake Shop started as a small shop but now, it's one of the most popular and successful shop in the Philippines. Jean's Cake Shop was founded three years ago, February 18, 2009, by Jean Barza. Jean's Cake Shop wasn't Jean's Cake Shop before that three years ago, it was used to be called Heavens Sweets. The owner of the Heavens Sweets is Gellaira Vincion, she sold the shop to Jean cause at that time the shop is going bankruptcy, so Gellaira has no choice but to sell the shop to Jean in order to pay her debt.
Jean bought the shop and named the shop "Jean's Cake Shop" afterwrds. During the first opening of Jean's Cake Shop it was not that good, only few people come to the shop, but it did not let Jean down and Jean did not gave up, so Jean tries a strategy in order to catch the people's attention so she advertise her shop through fliers, posters and news papers, then the shop gain more customer and Jean's Cake Shop became popular the customers like the shop and bought cakes but still the shop's sales was not enough to cover her losses from the last time.
Jean's Cake Shop is popular to the public, so Jean started to have a delivery system, because of the delivery system it became easier for the customer to order and Jean's Cake Shop also increase their sales even more. Now Jean's Cake Shop is very successful and has a many branches here in the Philippines.
